As the Apprentice your roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Face to face contact with clients and customers
- Handling money and card payments
- Telephone communication
As time goes on you will be able to gain more responsibilities.

GCSE in English, maths and IT at grade 4 (C) or above.
