Job Description

Opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team and provide excellent childcare to children aged 3 months 5 years, in a purpose built nursery in the Totton area. This full-time position is ideal to start a career in Childcare.

Responsibilities

Your roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Caring for children and promoting a positive learning environment
  • Planning activities for children
  • Making observations of children’s progress
  • Communicating with other staff members and parents
  • Light cleaning duties

Qualifications Required

GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.

  • Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
