Job Description

You can expect plenty from a Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship. You’ll learn all about getting our products into stores and making sure they perform commercially. Of course, Nestle being the world’s largest food and drink manufacturer, that’s a lot of products. And a huge number of customers, both at retail and consumer level.

What will the apprentice be doing?

As a CMDA Apprentice, you’ll spend time in four departments, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing and Category Sales Development. Across a number of placements, you’ll work your way through each area to gain an end-to-end understanding of the whole process. And you’ll get to put your learning into practice working on real-life projects under the guidance of seasoned experts. In your final year you’ll specialise in your preferred area and work towards your BA Professional Practice in Management. You’ll get to experience a bit of student life and all accommodation and travel is paid by us, not to mention the food allowance.

Duties could include but wouldn't be limited to customer contact, brand management, data analysis, forecasting and category development.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Our Chartered Manager Degree Apprentice scheme will last up to three years and mixes real on the job work experience alongside a variety of teaching methods including classroom, online and in work assessment.

Working towards your BA Professional Practice in Management
