Without you, things won’t just grind to a halt they’ll stay that way. Every time a problem arises, you’re right there, on the job. What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
For the first 22 months of the apprenticeship, you will mainly train at our dedicated training partner's development centre (Toyota, Derby) with some placement weeks based at JCB. The final 22 months you will be mainly based in JCB gaining on the job experience.
