Job Description

This is an opportunity to learn and develop your marketing skills where you will end with an industry-recognised accreditation. You will be working on all the marketing disciplines at the business and will really be able to be a part of the growth plan we have here at Chroma! Looking for a motivated and driven person who has a want to learn.


What will the apprentice be doing?

  • The creation, production, and delivery of marketing materials across print, digital, and internal and external channels.
  • Website content amends and update articles and material on the intranet along with exploring the potential to integrate social media.
  • This is a very lucrative opportunity to work on marketing activities of the business.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Marketing Assistant standard includes

Level 2 functional skills in Maths and English (if required)
End-Point Assessment (EPA)

Our delivery model is monthly-Tutor-led 1-day seminars remotely. 

This standard aligns with the following professional recognition:

Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) for This apprenticeship is designed to meet the requirements for registration as an Affiliate Member with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). 

Progression onto the Level 4 Marketing Executive. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

The employer is looking for the Apprentice to transition into a full-time member of staff.

Further progression within the marketing team.
