Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

Our Engineering Degree Apprenticeship’s have been designed for candidates who are passionate about studying Engineering at degree level whilst gaining valuable on the job experience. As an Engineering Degree Apprentice working at one of JCB’s UK Business Units you will develop the knowledge and hands on skills to research new technologies, design & develop our machinery and become a skilled JCB Engineer working within Manufacturing Engineering.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

The scheme takes between 4.5-5 years to complete which includes 20% off the job training where you will work towards your degree and gain real-life insight into the world of Manufacturing Engineering.

 

Reality Check
