Responsibilities
What will the apprentice be doing?
- Ensuring that policies and procedures are adhered to, to ensure effective management and maintenance of the properties.
- Assist with the organisation of the repair and maintenance, redecoration works, or improvement works as required.
- To monitor the day to day productivity of the property services team (Maintenance Assistants) ensuring that task order is monitored and completed, prioritising where needed.
- To raise a PO for works required using the correct procedure.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Successful completion of this apprenticeship may lead to a full-time position with the company. If the candidate successfully completes this apprenticeship, then there is opportunity to progress within the Property Services Team into a Maintenance Assistant role.Reality Check
This role will be office based and will involve working at a computer for the majority of the time. Holiday entitlement would be 20 days per year.Skills Required
