What will the apprentice be doing?
Pepper UK is one of the leading specialist loan servicing companies in the UK.
As a Loans Administrator Apprentice, your role will revolve around assisting with the day to day management of Pepper's mortgage assets. Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Accurate and timely delivery of Mortgage Administration activities
- Responsible for daily interactions with customers and Third Parties via telephone and writing.
- Assisting in delivery of department specific objectives.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will be working towards your Level 2 NVQ as a 'Customer Service Practitioner'. This training will set you up with experience of providing customer service products and services for businesses including face-to-face, telephone, digital and written contact and communications.
Training will be delivered onsite at our office in Uxbridge, any interaction with our training provider will be conducted remotely.
The training will be one day per week, 20% of your total hours on the job training.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Successful Apprentices that have consistently performed throughout their tenure and have delivered outstanding customer service as well as supported their teams will have the opportunity to move into a permanent role within Operational departments of Pepper UK.
