What will the apprentice be doing?
Pepper UK is one of the leading specialist loan servicing companies in the UK.
The role of, Junior Loans Administrator Apprentice, is an integral part of Pepper's growth. Some key responsibilities are:
Assisting with the day to day management of company’s mortgage assets. This specifically includes oversight of the Mortgage Administration, Insurance, New Lending and Complaint workloads.
Other core aspects include assistance with monthly reporting, both internally and to investors/clients, ad-hoc performance analysis, and helping to maintain working relationships with servicing partners to further enhance efficient operations.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will be working towards your Level 3 NVQ in Business and Administration (Equivalent to A Level). This training will set you up with knowledge and experience of business practices as well as develop your skills to implement and monitor administrative procedures with the opportunity to move into a permanent operational role.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Successful Apprentices that have consistently performed throughout their tenure and have delivered outstanding customer service as well as supported their teams will have the opportunity to move into a permanent role within Operational departments of Pepper UK.
