What will the apprentice be doing?
Day to day you will:
- Support the Internal Comms team to ensure communication plans, projects and campaigns are well executed
- Support the delivery of a range of messaging through developed communication channels to keep colleagues engaged and informed
- Support our Great Place to Work teams with office events
Deliver Social Media communication (via our internal platform, Horizon)
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will be working towards a L4 PR & Communications Assistant apprenticeship through a combination of blended learning, with online study materials, a monthly one-to-one Skype tutorial and topic specific webinars. As an apprentice, you will have 20% off-the-job learning to complete the qualification provided by Cambridge Marketing College.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
This role is a great opportunity for someone to start building strong relationships with communication experts, as well as the chance to develop a range of verbal and written skills that will allow them to further their career in a communications function.
