Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Sales team within Southampton. We are looking for individuals who want to build a long-term career within Sales. In exchange, we can offer a structured development programme with a range of benefits.Initially, we are looking for individuals to join us within a Sales Support role.

Responsibilities

You will form part of our dynamic and vibrant sales team, providing support with telephone queries, order entry, purchasing and sourcing to enable the team to improve sales results and exceed targets.
Full training and support will be provided through the Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship Programme.

As you progress, we envisage you becoming an Internal Account Manager within the team and undertaking the Sales Executive Apprenticeship.

Duties will include:

  • You will be answering our busy phone lines, with the aim of providing every customer with exceptional service
  • Working within the Sales team you will be supporting our experienced Account Managers with sourcing materials
  • Generating stock lists
  • Scheduling and purchasing materials as well as sourcing prices
