This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join their small, friendly team as their customer service/sales representative and gain their Level 3 Customer Service Specialist diploma!

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

With more than 20 years experience, our client is an ever growing company that has not lost their personal touch. The company was established back in 2000 as a cleaning business for the private sector. Since then, they’ve provided quality service for thousands of clients throughout London.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the candidate will be responsible for communicating with all clients via phone and email; handling incoming enquiries, talking the customer through the different services on offer, informing them on the most up date pricing and booking in the cleaning jobs. You will not be required to deal with customer complaints until appropriate training has been given. 

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to;

Dealing with day-to-day customer service queries and requests
Updating inhouse CRM system
Answering and making phone calls to existing leads and converting to customers
Presenting information about the services offered, pricing etc., either via phone or email
Booking appointments for clients
 

Once you have completed the 3 month probation period, you have the opportunity to WFH every Friday and choose to WFH an additional 1-2 days a week (this will be agreed with the line manager). 

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
2-minute walk from Woodford Station

This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study. This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 15 month apprenticeship you will have gained; Level 3 Customer Service Specialist.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

A successful apprentice will be offered a permanent position with the opportunity to progress onto their Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship.
