An incredible hybrid-working opportunity to be a Learning and Development Administrator Apprentice for a full-fibre broadband provider for the South of England!


What will the apprentice be doing?

The Apprentice Learning and Development Administrator will work to achieve the professional standard required of an Learning & Development Administrator with Swish. Over the course of 18 months, they will learn and become competent in:

Learning theories
Analysing L&D data and reporting on learning activities
Learning Needs Analysis
Sourcing and booking training

This is an exciting time for us as we scale up our business and the Learning and Development Administrator will add depth to our learning and development proposition. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing people.
Your daily duties will include but not be limited to;

Booking mandatory training across the business
Sourcing and evaluating training providers
Support and gain insight into designing, implementing and how to deliver creative soft-skills and manager development programmes, workshops, tools, frameworks and processes, to all our employees at various levels - ensuring a human-centred approach
Work closely with HR Operations and the Learning and Development team to understand learning needs and training solutions
Partner with the HR Operations and Talent teams regarding learning pathways and competency frameworks
Revise and update training materials as necessary
