Job Description

The role would usually provide support to a number of Event Managers or Project Managers by carrying out a diverse range of tasks necessary to plan, organise and deliver an event; such as writing up proposals or contacting clients and venues.

Responsibilities

  • To comply and follow our standards and procedures.
  • Attend supplier visits and create notes to share with the Events team.
  • To support with proposal creation as and when required.
  • To support with delegate registration reporting as and when required.
  • To support with pre-event preparation including printing and stock.
  • To support with tender administration as and when required.
  • To support with creation of training plans for new team members.
  • To support with client visit agendas, site inspection agendas and project meeting agendas

Skills Required

  • To support the events team with all event administration
  • To ensure outstanding operational excellence

  • PC literacy including Excel, PowerPoint & Word

Qualifications Required

  • GCSE grade A*/9 - C/4 or equivalents
