Job Description

As Chef de Partie you will oversee a section of the kitchen and ensure we deliver the best class fine dining experience to all visitors and clients for our Restaurant, Caf, Boardrooms, Auditorium, and Events.


Your own section could specialise in pastry, butchery, fish, sauces, vegetables and much more, you will prepare, cook, and present dishes within our speciality.

Duties include:

  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with creating recipes and developing new dishes on the menus, for both the Restaurant and Café
  • Regularly monitor portion and waste control, to ensure the profit margins are consistently maintained
  • Prepare, cooking and present high-quality dishes within our standards of speciality
  • Always maintain high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
  • Oversee the maintenance of the kitchen and food safety standards, to ensure that it’s consistently in line with our health & safety training
  • Assist other departments with ad-hoc duties, as and when required
  • Manage and train staff that directly report into you
  • Provide training, guidance, and support, to develop team members and ensure they perform efficiently and effectively at all times


  • Dress code is professional chef attire and will be required to be worn at all times. Uniform will be provided

Training Provided

We will provide:

  • Internal Health & Safety induction, so candidates are fully qualified
