What will the apprentice be doing?
Our mini-MBA focuses on the development and improvement of a range of business services, as well as providing an introduction to project management. Over the course of the programme, you will learn the important knowledge, skills and behaviours you need to know to be successful in the workplace. On a Business Administrator programme, you could be working with some of our most loved brands including Dove,Simple, Domestos and Hellmanns. Business Adminstrator apprentices will support the team day to day with raising invoices and coordinating meetings, whilst learning the skills to enable you to start managing your own projects.
The role of a Business Administrator contributes to the efficiency of our organisation. You will demonstrate strong communication skills and will be expected to show initiative, manage your priorities as well as solve problems and make decisions.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Whatever function you are placed into you can be sure that as a Unilever apprentice you’ll receive on-the-job training along with formal off-the-job training towards the Level 3 Business Associate Apprenticeship qualification.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Opportunities for progression onto Higher/Degree level Apprenticeship programmes as well as opportunities to progress into temporary/permanent employment.
