We have an excellent opportunity to place an apprentice in an expanding café/take away based in the heart of Sheringham that serves hot and cold food to take away as well as cooked meals to order in their restaurant. They are looking to recruit a new member of the team to assist the owner with everything from meat preparation, making pastries, baking, cooking, preparing hot food and sandwiches.
Working alongside the owner who has over forty years’ experience as a butcher and restaurant owner you will work towards the Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship.
On completion of the apprenticeship the company is keen to progress the apprentice within the business.
This role is based in the heart of Sheringham and the apprentice will need make sure they can get to the café for early starts.
Ideally this would suit someone with an interest in developing their career in Catering, the apprentice will work under the owner supporting all areas of the kitchen.
Previous work experience in the catering industry would be advantageous.
