What will the apprentice be doing?
The beauty of this role is that no two days are ever the same. With the support of your store manager and our in-house training team, we will give you all the tools you need to support your development throughout the programme.
When in store your role will include:

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
During your apprenticeship you will receive regular training sessions while working in store. These are monthly and in some cases two weekly. You’ll be supported every step of the way by dedicated training experts who are employed by Vision Express. Through a structured learning pathway, you will achieve a Level 2 Optical Assistant qualification, equivalent to 5 A*-C 9/4 GCSEs (including GCSE English and maths if you don’t already have these or equivalent).
