Job Description

An opportunity for an Apprentice who wishes to start their career in Early years childcare has become available within our Gosport based Nursery.


What will the apprentice be doing?

The candidate must be Trustworthy, Honest,
Hardworking and be able to work as a team member. Good communication skills are
Responsibilities will be:

To plan,
organise and carry out suitable activities appropriate for each age range
depending on which age you are based in.
Ensure individual needs are catered
for and maintain children’s Learning Journeys, making them bright,
informative, truthful and presentable to the parents and other professionals.
Respecting confidentiality at all times and Liasing
with parent’s with a professional manner.
Maintain a safe and hygienic
environment whilst practising nursery policies
Complete all tasks
Work as a
team member and communicate at all times
Adhere to the Nursery dress code
Assist with meal times, nappy changes and toilets

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
