Job Description

Stud in West Sussex looking to recruit an Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Mucking out
  • Turning out/bringing in
  • Tack cleaning
  • Tacking up
  • Feeding
  • Filling hay nets
  • Clipping/pulling/plaiting/trimming
  • Bathing
  • Rug changing
  • Schooling
  • Riding
  • First aid
  • Exercising horses from the ground (lunging, horse walker, long reining, pessoa training etc.)

Future Prospects

  • Possibility of Level 3
