ResponsibilitiesOur kitchens are fully equipped and modernised to provide the perfect environment for our chefs.
You will be assisting in preparing food for all our menu options within our Restaurants, Bars, and/or Conference facilities as well as assisting in the cleaning of the kitchen and following relevant Health & Safety regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
prepare and cook all fish and meat products.
prepare and cook all vegetables.
and cook all hot sweets.
in cleaning the kitchen, fridge and freezers and maintain a high level of
hygiene at all times.
the Head Chef in menu planning
the kitchen laundry.
check and receive inwards goods.
with outside functions.
with stock checking.
out other duties as and when required by general management.
