Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic people with a passion for sport and physical activity. Candidates will possess the competencies to inspire and motivate a range of children and young people. Successful candidates will:

  • Deliver sport and physical activities to children and young people, both in school curriculum time following the PE National Curriculum and/or set programs of study
  • Deliver a range of OSHL, (Out of School Hours Learning) extracurricular activities before school, at lunch times, after school and in school holiday periods 5 days a week including some evenings and weekends
  • Able to assist with the planning and delivery of physical activity sessions
  • Able to assist in the production of accurate assessments and reports on children and young people’s progress

Reality Check

Successful candidate will be working in schools based in Newham, Tower Hamlets, Hackney or Haringey.

Qualifications Required

  • 5 GCSE's grade C/4 or above or equivalents
  • Any relevant sport qualifications (Desirable)

  • Maths and English Functional Skills (if required)
