Job Description

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an apprentice to work in our Lettings team, based in our Richmond office. The successful candidate will provide an efficient and proactive administrative and secretarial support service to the Savills lettings team in Richmond.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

Day to day duties will include:      

-  A range of admin tasks

-  Produce accurate documentation to deadlines including proof reading.

-  Produce tenancy agreements and all other associated paperwork.

-  Open new job files and maintain accurate documentation on file throughout the job including archiving as  appropriate.

-  Client liaison, where possible  responding to client enquiries with the ability to problem solve minor matters without supervision or assistance.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The learner’s progress will be assessed through on-programme learning, followed by an End-Point Assessment at the end of the apprenticeship. Apprentices will need to complete Level 2 English and Mathematics before the End-Point Assessment. 

The apprenticeship will be distance learning and you will be provided with a day per week to focus on your studies. You will have the support of an assessor.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, apprentices will be able to join the following;

Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) at Member Level
Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) at Associate Level
