Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity with an immediate start for the right candidate to join a growing team in a stable industry. The head office in Bury services a nation-wide team of consultants that help people to put their legal affairs in order with wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts and other estate planning services.


What will the apprentice be doing?

The successful candidate will perform marketing duties, assisting the head of marketing to generate new business for our consultants.

Duties will include:

  • Arranging events
  • Booking appointments
  • Communicating with clients and consultants and supporting the management team with administrative functions
  • Required to answer phones and direct calls appropriately

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Customer service Practitioner level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
  • This qualification requires college attendance once per month

  • Following the successful completion of your apprenticeship, we will consider the most appropriate progression route based on your skills and abilities and plan for your further development within the team

Reality Check

A high attention to detail will be needed along with a strong competence in English, with a focus on spelling and grammar. Applicants need to be confident about their ability to perform in a busy office as part of a team and must be willing to take full responsibility for the quality of work they produce. Candidates will need to be familiar and competent in their use of technology, in particular with Microsoft-based applications such as Windows, Word and Excel. Confident telephone manner to contact current & prospective clients. As the successful candidate will be answering phones, sending letters and sending emails, they will need to be able to communicate extremely well in a friendly and professional manner
