Job Description

An immediate start to work with a local small friendly business based in Tottington and are looking to recruit an apprentice for Customer Service.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Answering conveyancing calls and processing payments.
  • Issuing receipts where requested.
  • Logging information into spreadsheets
  • Following up referrals
  • Updating clients
  • Updating introducers
  • Uploading orders to the case management system

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Customer service practitioner level 2 apprenticeship

This qualification requires college attendance once per month.
