What will the apprentice be doing?
Key responsibilities
- Photocopying
- Copy typing
- Data entry
- Filing
- Archiving
- Answering telephone calls from clients and 3rd parties, taking messages
- Correspond with clients as necessary through telephone, email, letter and face to face
- Providing excellent client service at all times
- Learn firm policies and business processes
- Provide administration support for business development and marketing activities
- Update the CRM system
- Working closely with other team members
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Business Administration Level 3 with Legal pathways
Functional Skills level 2 in Maths, English and ICT
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
You will be encouraged to develop in your role through on the job training, external training (if appropriate) & meeting business development objectives
