Job Description

Due to the promotion of our existing apprentice a fantastic opportunity has arisen within our busy team. You will be an integral part of the support team and will be assisting with all aspects of office administration. You will work towards a recognised qualification while performing a wide range of administrative tasks within the office.


As a Legal Admin Assistant you will support the fee earners by carrying out administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Duties will include:

  • Opening of client files
  • Inputting the confidential information into a case management system
  • Generating client invoices
  • Gathering client information and documentation
  • Preparation of court bundles
  • Legal research
  • Liaising with courts, chambers and clients
  • Answering the phone, note taking and filing
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Future Prospects

  • Candidates who wish to pursue a career in law will be considered for the Paralegal Apprenticeship upon successful completion
