Job Description

Royds Withy King have a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Admin Apprentice to join the Private Client Team to provide efficient and effective administration support to the tax & trusts team and to enable the departments to achieve its objectives. You will work towards a Legal admin Level 3 qualification.


Key responsibilities:

Undertake administrative duties for the department including, but not limited to:

  • Photocopying
  • Copy typing
  • Data entry
  • Filing
  • Archiving
  • Answering telephone calls from clients and 3rd parties, taking messages and pass messages to relevant people within the team
  • Correspond with clients as necessary through telephone, email, letter and face to face
  • Adhere to CX in Law principles, providing excellent client service at all times
  • Learn firm policies and business processes
  • Provide administration support for business development and marketing activities
  • Update the CRM system
  • Working closely with other team members

Qualifications Required

  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent graded A* - C (9 - 4) Must include maths & English
  • A Level Law Desirable
  • IT systems including Microsoft Word and Excel Essential

  • Business Administrator Level 3 with Legal pathways Apprenticeship Standard
  • Functional Skills level 2 in maths, English and ICT
