Job Description

This is a dynamic role where you get to learn about the business by getting involved in different activities such as how Talent operates and supports the business and delivery Learning interventions for different functions.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

This programme will set you up to succeed and build a rewarding future at Bakkavor. With a real job from day one, you’ll make a genuine contribution to the businesses delivery alongside the opportunity to further your education by gaining Level 3 Learning & Development qualification as part of a global company. By the end of your Apprenticeship, you’ll have enhanced your Business knowledge and skills to establish a foundation for your rewarding career within Bakkavor.


We're looking for determined and innovative candidates with a can do approach who have a genuine interest in developing a career in the food and drink industry. Being part of a fast-moving team like ours can be demanding and challenging but the rewards will be huge. That's why we're looking for smart and dynamic individuals who can match our commitment and ambition.

Tasks will include supporting the delivery of training, liaising with training providers, recording compliance.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Training is delivered online and in person

Apprentices will achieve a Learning and Development Level 3 qualification

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

By the end of your Apprenticeship, you’ll have enhanced your Business knowledge and skills to establish a foundation for your rewarding career within Bakkavor.

The expected career progression at the end of this apprenticeship is for the apprentice to become an L&D Administrator or Coordinator.
