Job Description

Do you want to work in a fun, exciting place and get loads of job satisfaction? Well this is the place for you! We are looking for someone who can join our team and work front of house to meet and greet customers, serve food and drink and handle bookings with general duties.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager

While working at Kidz Hub your role will be varied and include but not limited to tasks such as:

  • Attending reception
  • Signing in customers
  • Dealing with enquires and bookings – in person and by telephone
  • Serving hot and cold drinks and snacks
  • Taking food orders
  • General tidying and cleaning of the premises and work area
  • Monitoring the play frame and activities
  • Assisting with parties and activities
  • Restocking of areas
  • Any other duties as required by the business

Overall making sure all customers enjoy their time with us and have a fun experience!
