Responsibilities
Duties will include:
- To support the directors in key administrative duties
- To manage the directors diaries
- To manage their CRM systems & landing pages
- To take and make calls, greet visitors & offer hospitality
- To support our marketing activity with e-mails, social media responses and help in the generation of leads
- To liaise with prospects and clients to support their administrative needs
- To type up notes, office systems and procedures
- To carry out desk top research
- Reporting to both directors daily
