- Answering the main helpdesk line
- Responding to emails
- Making phone calls
- Constructing emails
- Using a CRM system Big Change
- Use of excel and word
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Customer Service Practitioner L2 Qualification
- Delivery of the standard is based around ten of modules, each consisting of training, personal study, completion, and observation all completed through remote delivery.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
