Job Description

The role is to undertake the junior role in the department focusing on customer service, day to day duties will be answering calls from internal and external clients, replying to and managing emails. The office has a vibrant atmosphere and we are based near Billericay train station.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Answering the main helpdesk line
  • Responding to emails
  • Making phone calls
  • Constructing emails
  • Using a CRM system Big Change
  • Use of excel and word

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Customer Service Practitioner L2 Qualification
  • Delivery of the standard is based around ten of modules, each consisting of training, personal study, completion, and observation all completed through remote delivery.
