Job Description

A fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for good quality customer service, to join a thriving, busy and friendly independent local Estate Agency and undertake a Level 2 Junior Estate Agency Apprenticeship. Getting involved in all aspects of the Estate Agents role, this will be an excellent foundation to start a career in the sector.

Responsibilities

A fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for good quality customer service, to join a thriving, busy and friendly independent local Estate Agency and undertake a Level 2 Junior Estate Agency Apprenticeship.

Getting involved in all aspects of the Estate Agents role, this will be an excellent foundation to start a career in the sector.

A wide ranging role, the apprentice will be involved with:

  • Data registration.
  • Producing and updating window adverts.
  • Arranging and booking viewings.
  • Accompanying colleagues on site visits to various properties.
  • Typing up valuation reports and property details.
  • Selling additional services.
  • Assisting on Open Day viewings.
  • Collecting keys.
  • Leaflet Drops.
  • Carrying out basic property research, including marketing procedures through portals, websites and various databases.
  • Preparing floor plans of a property.
  • Taking photographs.
  • Assisting with viewings.
  • Receiving offers.
  • Additionally, the apprentice will be expected to carry out general administrative tasks such as answering the telephone, taking messages, filing, updating and inputting systems, sending and receiving emails.

Future Prospects

There is opportunity for full time employment upon succesful completeion of the Apprenticeship.

Reality Check

You will need to be able to drive and have your own transport within 6 months of starting this Apprenticeship.

Skills Required

As well as good communication skills face to face and over the telephone, the apprentice will need:

  • Ability with Microsoft Packages – excel, Word etc
  • Ability to use emails and good computer skills

Qualifications Required

  • Ability to drive/ be able to drive and have own transport within 6 months.

  • Minimum Grade D/3 GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.

Training Provided

Training will be delivered online in the workplace, with online tutor led sessions.
