Job Description

John Samuel are now looking for an ambitious dynamic candidate who is keen to learn, develop and be guided to fulfil a career in the property and lettings industry. The candidate should value the importance of meeting customer expectations and providing and delivering professional, helpful, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • General administrative duties such as filling, copying, data entry, handling post
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • Sending out monthly rental statements to landlords/invoices to clients
  • Liaising with tenants and contractors, Buyers and vendors
  • Registering new applicants both over the phone and face to face
  • Arranging and attending viewing / Negotiating with landlords and tenants
  • Dealing with applicants and any enquires and conducting viewings
  • Answering calls and dealing with enquiries
  • Creating new opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with clients
  • Canvassing and Leafletting

Future Prospects

  • Possible permanent role for the right candidate

Reality Check

  • Full Driving Licence/Car preferred because candidate will be expected to go out of office to meet clients and carry out duties as the business requires

  • Ideally should live locally Applicant should have a keen interest in the Housing and Property industry
  • OTE £25000

Qualifications Required

  • Minimum 4 A*-C/9-4 GCSEs or equivalent
