What will the apprentice be doing?
Working a mix of remote & office based, you’ll work as part of a collaborative and team-focused environment, to maintain, update, and repair computer systems, networks, and other types of technology, whilst providing quality support to internal & external customers.
- Offering assisance on usage and troubleshooting of Open GI products & services
- Investigate & resolve issues in a controlled & timely manner
- Support internal teams, providing cover where necesary
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Over 18 months, you’ll devote 20% of your 37.5 hours of working time towards a Level 3 Information communication Technician apprenticeship. You’ll be trained by an expert tutor from Tiro as well as an experienced mentor at Open GI, who together, will make sure you develop the knowledge, skills, and work habits you’ll need to succeed in your career.
