Job Description

This role will contribute to the everyday running of a busy IT department. Interested? Apply now.


Duties will include:

  • Provide IT support and advice to all computer users on all sites
  • Respond to incoming support calls as necessary in a timely manner and prioritise based on the current business needs
  • Carry out computer “housekeeping tasks” as directed by the IT Technician
  • Ensure an up to date inventory of hardware and maintenance/registration/licence records is maintained as changes are made
  • Keep the working environment compliant with current health and safety legislation
  • Assist the IT Technician with ensuring maximum productivity for all users in regard to the IT systems
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects
  • Ensure that our bathroom designs are presented in an accurate and pleasing manner and that drawings are compliant with Company standards and client needs

Future Prospects

For the right candidate there may be an opportunity to progress into a full-time position. 

Reality Check

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
