NP are a Technology Services and Solutions provider. Founded in 2004 to meet the increasing demand for cost-effective IT and Telecoms support services within the SME sector.
At NP they offer a wide range of managed business technology services and solutions to single and multi-site businesses across the UK, covering a wide selection of market sectors.

Due to continued success and growth, they are now looking for a hardworking and motivated infrastructure technician apprentice to join their team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Engineers and helping support them, First line support
  • Setting Up PCs, mobile phones, tablets, and printers.
  • Logging tickets and working on helpdesk support
  • Diagnosis of issues, re-setting passwords, and creating accounts

Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by NP Projects and Baltic Apprenticeships.

  • Passion for IT
  • Willing to learn
  • Enthusiastic
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A minimum of Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths or equivalent is required for this role

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £8,775 per annum
  • Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the program with the possibility of progression onto one of our Level 4 programmes.
