What will the apprentice be doing?
- Logging of support calls using the ZEISS helpdesk system
- Provide first and second line technical support to colleagues (local and remote)
- Installing Software
- Liaison with internal and external support organisations
- Support the Senior Support Analyst with IT infrastructure

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once you have passed the level 3 qualification you have the option to complete a Level 4 apprenticeship.
Reality Check23 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays). Regular team social events. Onsite parking and local public transport links. Offer CBT nuggets to complete courses such as CCNA after 7 months of employment.
