First point of contact for any IT queries within the business Hardware and software repairs and configuration Working with various devices such as phones, printers and laptops Store support, using phone and payment systems

Responsibilities

Watches of Switzerland are currently on the hunt for a third aspiring IT Technician to join their busy IT team as an Apprentice. The role itself is primarily a help desk, which will consist of being the first point of contact for any IT issues, you’ll also provide hardware and software configuration and repairs. You’ll be working closely with the current Apprentices who are both part way through their Apprenticeships and doing fantastic!

Future Prospects

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in IT support. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally

  • Attention to detail

Qualifications Required

  • GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent in both Maths and English
  • A driving license would be desirable but not essential

Training Provided

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
