Job Description

You will be supporting the company’s internal IT requirements. You will have a variety of tasks such as hardware and software installation / maintenance, working with active directory and supporting the management with any system requirements. A fundamental part of this role is communicating with internal stakeholders from different background.


What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Monitoring and testing network systems and associated services using a variety of tools and techniques
  • CRM Administration
  • Phone System and PC diagnostics
  • Working with APIs to create integrations between the software the company uses
  • Research and implement new software that would benefit the business i.e. a new ticketing system, and a new Project
  • Management system
  • Installing, configuring and maintaining simple networks, including components such as switches and routers

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Full training towards L3 Information Communication Technician : Support Technician will be provided. You will complete a 22 month apprenticeship.
