Job Description

Quiss are now looking for a passionate IT Helpdesk apprentice to join their supportive IT team. As the apprentice, you will be overseeing duties such as logging tickets, troubleshooting issues and providing support to clients while gaining first-class mentoring and support from industry professionals.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Being part of help desk support
  • Problem-solving
  • Troubleshooting
  • Providing the utmost support and solutions to clients

Full training and support will be provided by Quiss and Baltic Apprenticeships.

Future Prospects

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the program. You, along with your employer may decide to progress into a full-time position or on to a level 4 apprenticeship.
