What will the apprentice be doing?
As an IT Support Engineer Apprentice, you will be:
- Providing 1st to 2nd line technical support to end users
- Troubleshooting and repair any hardware and software
- Resolving software and application issues
- Completing documentation and quick step deployment guides
- Providing appropriate support to staff using new technologies
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Full training towards L3 Support Technician will be provided. You will complete a 22 month apprenticeship which includes 17 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Progression opportunity upon completion of the apprenticeship.

A full driver’s license is required as you will be needing to commute to other company’s offices.
