Job Description

Based in Needham Market, AnyIT provides Computer and Telecom support for customers based in Sussex. Their mission is to provide the best possible service to their customers at the right cost and at the time that suits them


  • Provide technical support to customers both internally and externally through a range of communication channels
  • Establish and diagnose ICT problems/faults using the required troubleshooting methodology and tools
  • Apply appropriate testing methodologies to hardware or software or cabling assets
  • Document or escalate ICT tasks as appropriate to ensure a clear audit trail and progression of issues
  • Install and configure relevant hardware as appropriate for example desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, scanners, and cameras
  • Address IT issues by prioritising in response to customer service level agreements
  • Administer security access requirements and permissions for stakeholders escalating as necessary for example password resets
  • Support the rollout of upgrades or new systems or application

Training Provided

Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by both Baltic Apprenticeships and the employer.
