What will the apprentice be doing?
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Provide first-line support via the company helpdesk
- Working on the ticketing system to process, manage and track issues
- Support end users with IT issues
- Perform password re-sets
- Fixing and maintaining hardware such as computers, laptops, iPads, servers, switches, routers

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
