What will the apprentice be doing?
Answering calls from clients and assess the issues they have, then escalating if needed.
Manage the ticketing system to ensure issues are prioritised, resolved, or escalated accordingly.
Providing virtual support through remote access as well as in person support.
Completing manual set ups, working with software and hardware.

You'll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance, and setting up virtual environments.

- COURSE 1: Supporting IT Architecture
- COURSE 2: Working with end-user devices
- COURSE 3: Working with Network Architecture
The training will be delivered online in our SMART classrooms, this will be delivered in blocks every 6-8 weeks. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will receive a Level 3 qualification in Information and Technology.
