What will the apprentice be doing?
Providing 1st line support via the helpdesk where you will communicate with clients
Ensuring that all tickets and customer requests are kept up to date
Supporting with the set up of new user accounts and permissions
Setting up new equipment and ensure that anti-virus is installed
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. The training will be delivered in blocks through our online SMART classrooms.
