Job Description

Within this role, you will be helping people with IT issues through our ticketing system, solving problems with a high level of customer service. As we are a global company, this person will be supporting people across the world, following the IT policies and processes.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

Within this role, you will be helping people - sometimes senior leaders - with IT issues, solving problems with a high level of customer service. As we are a global company, this person will be supporting people across the world, following the IT policies and processes. As there are sometimes events based out of our London office, this apprentice would support the technical needs for these events.

As the apprentice grows within the role, they may be working on projects as well.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Azure Cloud Support Specialist with QA.

Learning is one day a week, remote/in the office.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

There is the option to do the Level 4 Apprenticeship following this.
