Responsibilities

Baltic are delighted to be partnering with Trinity Managed Services to recruit an IT apprentice. utilising cutting edge technology and unrivaled customer service, Trinity Managed Services use IT solutions to give customers a competitive edge, whilst improving user experience to boost productivity.

Key responsibilities involved in the role include:

  • Using email, Teams and telephone to communicate with users
  • Connecting laptops, phones, desktops to the WiFi network, as well as the cloud service
  • Logging, troubleshooting, and analysing issues in order to provide IT solutions for clients
  • Monitoring client servers
  • Working with the network team to configure routers, Virtual machines, desktop computers, and servers
  • Configuring Microsoft365, computer, and server operating systems

  • Future full-time employment beyond the 12 month apprenticeship

  • GCSE in maths Grade 4/C or equivalent or maths Level 2 Function Skills

Training Provided

Infrastructure Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

  • Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeships by both Baltic Apprenticeships and Trinity Managed Services
