Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide typical IT support
- Running reports in Excel to shown delivery information such as open order and stock availability
- Using Spicework ticketing systems to priorities and resolve IT issues raised
- Providing face to face support as well as email and telephone remote support
- Using remote software such as TeamViewer and Anydesk
- Configure and set up hardware devices such as laptops, mobile phones, handheld terminals and printers
Future Prospects
- There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the program with the possibility of progression onto one of our Level 4 programs
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of internal PC components
- Knowledge of printers would be beneficial
- Good customer service and confident communicator
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
Qualities Required
- Strong interest in technology
- Passion for IT / IT hobbyist
- Mature personality and eager to learn
Qualifications Required
- GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent in maths is required for this role
Training Provided
Infrastructure Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
- Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by TruTex and Baltic Apprenticeships
