Are you an aspiring IT Support Apprentice looking for a path into your chosen career. Baltic Apprenticeships are delighted to be working in partnership with award-winning digital marketing agency Mediaworks. Due to their continued growth and success, Mediaworks are looking for an IT Support Technician Apprentice to join their amazing team!

Mediaworks have been supporting the local community for many years by recruiting apprentices into their business, they believe by employing apprentices they will develop the next generation of tech talent.

Due to their continued growth and success, Mediaworks are looking for an IT Support Technician Apprentice to join their amazing team!!

Roles & Responsibilities (will include but not limited to):

  • Set up of new employee hardware including Desktops, Laptops, tablets and mobile phones
  • Creation of profiles and maintenance of admin rights
  • Work with mentor and 3rd party companies using Microsoft dynamics to support all tickets through to completion
  • Offering face to face support within the office
  • Conduct daily maintenance check on infrastructure and network

Full training and support will be provided throughout your Apprenticeship by Baltic Apprenticeships and Mediaworks.

Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge:

  • A keen interest in technology demonstrated through personal projects or independent study
  • Some experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • A Grade 4/C in maths or equivalent is required for this role

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £ 8,476 per annum
  • Full time hours Monday to Friday
  • Regular events
  • Employee of the month
  • 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Onsite parking
